Ability to source passive candidates through networking Successful track recruiting through social networks such as LinkedIn Solid Boolean Search skills boards, databases, Google search Experience working with the latest Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Being able to multitask while staying focused In depth understanding of technical requisitions Develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients Hard working and dilligent -do whatever it takes- attitude Exemplary honesty and integrity
